The Coleman #21 String Tie Mantle is no longer available and has been replaced with e new design called the Insta-clip.  The mantle is the same shape as the #21 and is a direct replacement.  It fits onto the Lantern the same and you simply pull the tag and the sprung wire holds the mantle in place. 

These are actually easier to fit than the previous string tie version.  It is possible that some retailers may have old stock of th the #21 model and I have heard that some retailers are substituting anther brand of mantle that ties with string - don't go there.

The Insta-clip mantle is availble here in a packet of three (like many other useful things).
