Primarily our customers order online and we have very little interaction with them unless they are querying stock, confirming an order or asking us why we have stuffed up!  (Very occasionally we get the odd spanner in the works, real people here.)

We supply goods to various organisations such as schools, local authorities and emergency services as well as camping folk and overlanders.  These range from supplying spare parts for Coleman products through to a recent Full Provisoning service for a client based overseas. 

This involved advice on selecting the relevant kit from our range and supplying all the items, ready packed, delivered to the vehicle builders.  Between our service and that of the vehicle preperation company all the client had to do was fly in with his personal items and get in and drive away.  We supplied from our own kit and also stocked the vehicle with all the items required for the camp kitchen including a basic supply of non perishable food stock.  This saved the client lots of time and effort on basic jobs.

We can carry out fitting of rooftents and roofracks at our premises here or can organise fitting at the suppliers workshops.  For example with Patriot roofracks a factory fitting option is available to have the rack fitted directly at Patriot.  If you wanted a Big Country Roof Rack these can be fitted either here or at the suppliers.
