Alba oil is distilled from rape seed oil and was originally intended as a cholesterol free alternative to butter, but it can do more than this. It does not contain Protein or Carbohydrates. (0% sugar) It is 100% fat (Saturated fatty acids 7%, Simple unsaturated fats 61%, multi unsaturated 32%) Has a smoke point of 240 degrees Centigrade. It can also be used to lubricate your bike chain or as a fire starter
