Cabin Cooking offers some very imaginative (American) named dishes and advice on how best to prepare them. This book does not focus entirely on Dutch Oven cooking but offers advice on cooking with Cast Iron Sklillets, Grills and occasionally heavy foil containers. The concept is that you are in remote areas, a cabin in the woods for example, with limited facilities.
It has recipes for Beef, Pork, Poultry, Seafood and Wild Game though obviously coming from the United States the Elk Soup and Buffalo Balls of Fire may not be entirely applicable. Well worth a read to see what you can make with meat cooked in Tin Foil. That will save on the wahing up!
