Cast Iron Skillet Lids

Cast Iron Pre Seasoned lid to suit the Stansport cast iron skillets.   Not required for basic frying however the addition of the lid will help keep food moist during the cooking process.    Will also help keep the food warm for longer after cooking.

The lids sits snuggly into the rim of the pan and because they have raised rims allow charcoal to be placed on the lid to get all round heat which will help brown of the food.  Each lid has a center handle for lifting off with the Dutch oven lid lifter. Available to suit all sizes of Stansport skillet.
