Director Chair (Campmor)

Well made and comfortable 'Director' type chair.  Manufactured in South Africa by Campmor these chairs are designed to withstand the rigours of overland travel.

They have an all steel frame with a powder coated finish.  They fold flat for travel and the back also folds down to reduce the height.  They have a simple concertina mechanism to open and close.  All the current models have small folding rest on the side to keep your Coffee/Tea/Beer/Wine (delete as appropiate) of the ground and a pouch/bag over the other arm.   The seat and back are made from rip stop canvas

There is nothing very extravagant about these chairs, that is why they will go the distance, no complicated folding mechanisms, plastic parts, alloy rivets etc.  They are built simply and robustly and intended for life on the road and heavy usage.
