Spare Wheel Tie Down

3-way ratchet strap tie down for securing spare wheels on the roof rack.  Rather than have a permanent fixed mounting for the spare wheel this 3 way strap allows you to move the wheel around the rack depending upon what load you are carrying. 

The 3 trailing arms lash around the rack or frame and buckle up.  The ratchet then pulls tight and secures the wheel in place. 

This will not offer security for the wheel so we advise a short chain or wire cable with a padlock for this purpose.  (The best ones to get are the plastic coated wire ones from a cycle shop)  This strap can also secure a similar box to the roof or hold a round grill in place over the wheel.  Handy to have!
