The Original Alpine 9 hour Candle Lantern by UCO.

UCO candle lanterns are the original, patented models from the USA. They are perfect for camping and backpacking. Very economical to run (less than 10p per hour) they can give a morale boosting light source and can help to slightly raise the temperature on a cold winters night, they can also help to reduce the condensation inside your tent.

A spring powered tube pushes the candle up as it burns, keeping the flame burning at a constant height. Each candle will then burn cleanly and evenly for 9 hours. Supplied with 1no 9hr candle.

Very handy bit of kit!

Packs up small, very good for "area" lighting so you don't trip over that thing you were going to move earlier! Not really bright enough to read or cook with. Try the citronella candles, helps keep away the mozzies and makes your kit smell nice!
